Terminal 1
The circular terminal, serving many long-haul and Star Alliance carriers. Pickup is at arrivals level, after customs. Its satellite layout makes agreeing the meeting point in advance all the more important.
From €60 · fixed price
With France Chauffeur, the transfer is booked in both directions. On arrival, your driver waits in your terminal’s arrivals hall, name sign in hand, with 60 minutes of waiting included. On departure, they collect you at your address at a time worked back from your flight. The price is agreed before the journey and does not move, even when the A1 is jammed. Allow 45 to 60 minutes between CDG and central Paris.
Fixed prices per vehicle, known before you travel. They do not change with traffic or with your landing time.

On arrival, the hard part isn’t the drive — it’s getting out of the terminal. After a long-haul flight, nobody wants to hunt for a taxi rank or decode French signage. Your chauffeur is waiting in the hall, takes your luggage, and you are on your way.
On departure, the challenge flips: leaving at the right time. We calculate the pickup from your take-off time, your terminal and likely traffic on the A1 or A3, with a safety margin built in.
One booking covers both directions. The price is confirmed before you travel and does not change, whatever the traffic.

CDG has three terminals and around a dozen halls. Your exact meeting point is confirmed in writing before your flight, with your chauffeur's direct number.

The largest complex at CDG, home to Air France and SkyTeam. Between 2A and 2G the distances are measured in walking minutes, so we target the hall matching your flight number — not "Terminal 2" in general.

Used by low-cost carriers and some charter flights. More compact, with a single arrivals exit: pickup is straightforward, provided the timing is right, as passenger flows here are highly concentrated.

CDG sits about 25 km (15 miles) north-east of Paris. The route uses the A1 towards Porte de la Chapelle, or the A3 and the ring road depending on your destination.
These are indicative: your chauffeur adjusts the route in real time. The real difference against public transport isn’t only the time — it’s not having to change vehicles with your luggage.
All three will get you into Paris, but they solve different problems.
For a late arrival, a business trip or a family with luggage, the third option removes the most uncertainty.

Choose on passengers and luggage volume, not only on comfort level. A couple with two large suitcases travels more easily in a van than in a sedan.

Comfort and discretion for everyday business travel.

The questions our clients ask most often before booking.
Allow 45 to 60 minutes to reach central Paris, covering around 25 km (15 miles). During rush hour (7-10am and 4-8pm), or when traffic builds on the A1 motorway, it can exceed 1 hour 15. Your chauffeur builds that margin into the pickup time.
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, after customs, holding a name sign. The exact meeting point depends on your terminal (1, 2A to 2G, or 3) and is confirmed in writing before your flight, along with your chauffeur’s direct phone number.
We track your flight number and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Flight delays never incur a surcharge.
60 minutes of waiting are included, counted from the agreed pickup time. If your flight is delayed, that pickup time is itself adjusted to the actual landing, so you get a full hour to collect your luggage and clear the controls.
Yes, this page covers both directions. For a departure from Paris, we work backwards from your take-off time, your terminal and check-in deadlines so you arrive with a comfortable margin.
Paris taxis charge a regulated flat fare from CDG, but with no named booking and no flight tracking. Ride-hailing apps are booked on arrival, at a price that moves with demand. Ours is a private transfer booked in advance: chosen vehicle, named chauffeur, meet and greet inside the terminal, and a price confirmed before departure. See also our Paris airport transfer hub.

A different airport means different distances and pickup points. Each route has its own page.

The shortest airport run into Paris: 18 km and 30 to 45 minutes, south of the city.

85 km and over an hour of driving, with mostly night-time flights: the transfer that needs the most planning.

Straight from your terminal to your hotel entrance in about 45 minutes, east of Paris — child seats on request.
All journeys are carried out by professional chauffeurs, on prior booking, under the French regulated framework for private hire transport.
